In today’s society workout headphones are a very popular item to have when you participate in your workout sessions. I found with these cheaper workout headphones, I would accidentally catch and stretch the cable will leading to the dreaded scenario of 1 earphone working while the other doesn’t. Ear Bud (ear canal) headphones – designed to fit comfortably (usually come with multiple attachments so each person can find the right size for them) I find these extremely comfortable and unless I accidentally catch the wire, they stay in during highly intense exercise sessions.

The ear canal workout headphones are my favorite for exercise (I own a pair of sennheiser noise cancelling headphones). With noise cancelling headphones always be careful outdoors and be aware of what is around you.

In order to get the full benefit of your music during exercise I highly recommend you consider a higher quality of headphones. They can seem expensive at first but they are designed to last. (If you have problems catching the wire, why not buy an arm band to put your mp3 player in). I have owned my current set of workout headphones for 3-4 years and they are still doing a fantastic job today and they only cost me $20.
